Today Is a Good Day to Bring Your Teddy Bear to Work or School
We need a distraction from everything that is going on in the world. Between the impeachment inquiry and the whistleblower's complaint about President Trump's phone call to the Ukrainian President, this is a day that we all can use.
The second Wednesday in October is National Bring Your Teddy Bear to Work/School Day, so grab your teddy bear and take him on a tour of your workplace or school.
Bring your bear for a long lunch. If your boss allows it, have your teddy attend a few meetings and do a work-related project.
To help celebrate, here are some bear jokes to share at work or school:
Q: How do you catch a fish without a fishing pole? A: With your BEAR hands.
Q: What do you call a bear with no teeth? A: A gummy bear.
Q: What did the teddy bear say after dinner? A: I'm stuffed.
Once in awhile as adults, we just want to let the kid in us take over. We remember the fun times with no responsibilities, except doing what our parents and teachers tell us too. Now we do what our boss says.
Act like a kid again and have a bear-y nice day!
