2020 has been a very interesting year and it doesn't seem to be getting better...especially at the moment. Everyone has an opinion and if you don't agree with them, it can make it difficult for everyone involved.

Everyone is talking and nobody seems to be listening. We get a lot of information but we aren't sure what to believe and it's caused confusion, anxiety, and anger. Life long friends and close family members have gone their separate ways because of differing viewpoints. It's sad and a little scary.

You've heard the saying, "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you." We are fine with that...until someone does something to us that we don't like and then we change the saying to "Do unto others as they have done unto you."

We think that it's the right thing to do, especially if we are feeling powerless. During this difficult and different time, we all feel powerless in one way or another and it's frustrating.

Getting even is easy and it's predictable. Instead of being predictable, be remarkable, and not get even. One day, this pandemic will be over and the way you reacted during this time will be your story. What story are you going to tell?

As a good friend of mine told me: 10% is how you think and 90% is how you react. So will you be predictable or remarkable?
