Two Former B.C. Open Winners Coming to DICK’S Sporting Goods Open

The DICK'S Sporting Goods Open at En Joie Golf Course in Endicott is less then two months away and the list of commitments continue to grow.

On Tuesday, June 26th, they announced that three golf greats are coming to town including two former winners (Fred Couples,John Daly) of the B.C. Open. Couples was the winner in 1991 and is a member of the World Golf Hall of Fame.

Daly was the B.C. Open winner in 1992 and this is his fourth visit to the DICK'S Sporting Goods Open. He had to withdraw last year after the second round but is going to give it a try again this year.

The third commitment is Larry Nelson. He is also a member of the World Golf Hall of Fame and has won 19 PGA Tour Champions events. There will be seven members of the World Golf Hall of Fame at this years tournament.

Chris DiMarco, Jerry Kelly and David Toms will be making their first visit to the DSG Open. Joey Sindelar, Miguel Angel Jimenez, Kenny Perry and my personal favorite, Fred Funk are also coming.
