Saturday, October 30th was "National Text Your Ex-Day" and whether it's you that did the breaking up or it was the louse that wouldn't know a good thing if it kicked them in the shin (and you just might), then Saturday was your opportunity to apologize for your part in it.

Well, it's never too late to admit your part in it and let them know you forgive them, even if they don't deserve it. Remember, unforgiveness is like drinking poison and waiting for them to keel over. You are only hurting yourself.

So have you ever tried to get a hold of an ex? Personality and Individual Differences did a survey and asked that very question. Almost 2/3rds of the respondents said that they did because they were "just curious" about how they were doing.

You can ask almost anyone that's gotten back together with an ex and 98.1% of them will tell you that it only takes a few dates to remind themselves why they broke up with them in the first place. After some people are just gluttons for punishment or they don't think that they deserve better.

What Do I Have In Common With My Ex

But let's be fair, not all relationships end badly and it is possible to be friends with an ex. You can see and talk to them without freaking out. Maybe you are the type that's better as a friend than a boy/girlfriend. I think that I'm a good person but I wasn't always a good boyfriend.

Ask yourself this question: Do most of your exes act like a psycho? What is the ONE thing that they ALL would have in common? YOU!!! Maybe it's you that needs to change not them. Besides what is the only that you can really change? Once again, the answer is...YOU.
