If you're like me, maybe you haven't bought your Halloween candy yet.  You shouldn't wait too much longer because that doorbell will be ringing very shortly with smiling witches, goblins and I'm sure a few Donald Trumps and Hillary Clinton's thrown in there too.

For me, I usually make two trips to the neighborhood drug store; one for the trick or treat-ers right before Halloween and then one for me on November 1st --when all the candy is half price.  C'mon admit it, you do too or know someone who does the same thing.

With so many allergies out there, it may be a good idea to consider treats that everyone can enjoy.  According to AllergySF.com, popular allergy-fee Halloween candies include: Starburst, Life Savers Gummies, Hershey Plain chocolate bars (personal size only), Double Bubble Original Chewing Gum, Fun Dip, Swedish Fish, Mike & Ike's, Altoids, York Peppermint Patties, Pop Rocks, Twizzlers, Nerds and Smartie's.
