John Davison

I’m a local boy, born and raised and the second youngest of 4 kids. I love the outdoors, and much like Kenny Chesney and Zac Brown, if I could, I would spend the rest of my life on a beach with my toes in the sand. I enjoy being around positive people that dream big. Nature and animals are an important part of who I am, in fact, I have many rescue cats. In my spare time, I like to work out using non-traditional weight lifting techniques. Friends will call me a health nut. Country music is an essential part of my life as the Hawk has been very good to me since 1986. I’ve always said I have the most loyal listeners in the world. It’s thanks to my listening family that I received the Binghamton Broadcaster’s “Working Broadcaster of the Year” honor.

Do you have a lot of prescription drugs that have accumulated in your medicine cabinet?  Not only is it not a good idea to keep unused prescription drugs around your kids but placing them in your garbage or worse yet, flushing them, is not safe, with the latter polluting the water supply and will effect everyone in the long run.

Remlik’s Shines for Binghamton Restaurant Week Dining [REVIEW]

Remlik's reminds me of the restaurant you try while on vacation. You know, the one that you end up talking about over and over to your friends. But Remlik's isn't hundred of miles away. It's right here in Downtown Binghamton at 31 Lewis Street!

Binghamton Restaurant Week is the perfect time to be introduced to the great eats of this town or in my case, return to an old favorite.
