Tuesday Night Racing at Five Mile Point Speedway

So far this year the winner at Five Mile Point Speedway has been the rainy weather. They have already lost four events to the awful spring weather but they aren't giving up and they'll give it another shot on Tuesday.

The weather looks great for Tuesday night with temperatures in the mid-50's. They will have a special three division racing show beginning at 7:15 p.m. It will serve as a makeup date for race number 1 of the Summer Slam for Crate Sportsman teams.

The Factory Stocks will compete in the already three times postponed "Tommy Boy 20" event and the Four Cylinder teams will round out the evening with an open competition event.

There will be three rounds of open practice for the weekly divisions that won't be racing on Tuesday. So their is a good chance that you'll see your favorite Modified car and driver on hand and testing their equipment as they get ready for Saturday's "Official 68th Season Opener event on Saturday.

Grandstand gates open at 5:45, practice begins at 6:30 p.m. with racing beginning at 7 :15 p.m. Go here for any updates.
