Every Home Run in Binghamton Will Help Feed Local Families
There’s just something about baseball in Binghamton. Warm nights, the crack of the bat, kids running around the stands… it’s one of those things that just feels like home in the Southern Tier. But this season, those big moments on the field are going to mean something even more.
Every Home Run = 100 Meals for Families in Need
The Binghamton Rumble Ponies teamed up with Market 32 and Price Chopper for a new program called Home Runs for Hunger. Every time a Rumble Ponies player goes yard at Mirabito Stadium, 100 meals will be donated to the Food Bank of the Southern Tier.
It Turns Game Day Into Something Bigger
We always cheer when the ball leaves the park. Now? You’ve got another reason to. As one of the partners put it, this is about turning those exciting moments into something that helps people. Every swing will make a real difference for families who need it most.

You Can Actually Watch the Impact Grow
Fans at Mirabito Stadium will be able to follow along all season long with a home run counter on the scoreboard in right field. So every time you’re at a game, you’ll see exactly how many meals have been generated in real time.
Baseball Is Back in the Southern Tier
The defending Eastern League champs are back and this is another reason to cheer them on at the ballpark. So cheer loud and proud as we root for the home team and this year, every dinger will help families here in the Southern Tier.
