It was Disney Night at NYSEG Stadium as it became the happiest place in Binghamton. After suffering the loss in their preceding matchup with the Flying Squirrels, the Rumble Ponies were looking for a little bit of magic to get themselves back in the groove.

Gio Brusa demonstrated some magic of his own as he hit his seventh home run of the season to right field, scoring Jacob Heyward as well for the quick 2-0 lead in the top of the first. Brusa would later double in the top of the sixth, sending Jonah Arenado home. A Will Maddox single would later bring in Brusa as Richmond took a 4-0 lead.

Patrick Mazeika would give the Rumble Ponies a much-needed spark at the bottom of the sixth as his homer would score Quinn Brodey to make it a 4-2 ballgame. Sadly, NYSEG Stadium wasn't the happiest place on Earth, as the Rumble Ponies go on to lose their fifth straight game at home by the final score of 4-2.

Binghamton's record drops to 36-31 overall. They will look to avenge this loss on June 23 for Heroes Unite night. The game is slated for an early start time of 2:05 P.M.
