An Endwell man faces several years in prison after he was found guilty of two felony burglary counts in Broome County Court.

48-year-old Alex Ferrer was convicted by a jury Wednesday in a trial before Judge Kevin Dooley. The trial started on Monday.

According to the Broome County district attorney's office, Ferrer had been accused of entering two residences without permission on March 25, 2020.

The incidents happened in Endwell and on Main Street in Binghamton.

Ferrer could be sentenced to 7 to 15 years in prison for each burglary count. He is scheduled to be sentenced in June.

In 2018, Ferrer was arrested by New York State Police following an investigation into multiple cases of graffiti involving businesses and vehicles in western Broome County.
