The Big Football Game in Atlanta is Sunday but you want your fix now. The Binghamton Rumble Ponies and the United Way of Broome County have the answer. Okay, it's not exactly football but in my opinion, it's even better.

It's the "Soup'er" Bowl Can Drive. You get to participate and actually make a difference in peoples lives in our area. Going on now until January 31st, you are asked to bring non-perishable canned goods including soups to the Armory Team Store at NYSEG Stadium.

You'll be helping those who need it and you'll get special store savings along with two reserved grandstand tickets for any Monday through Wednesday, April home game. The more you donate, the more you'll get. Four cans will get you 25% off your entire purchase.

Six cans will save you 50% off your entire purchase in the team store. The Armory Team store will be open this week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during this event. Some exclusions may apply and the discount cannot be combined with other offers.

All non-perishable items will be given to the Southern Tier AIDS Program. It's a win-win for everyone and you won't be able to say that on Sunday, February 3rd. Don't forget that the Ponies start off the year at NYSEG Stadium April 4th with new manager Kevin Boles at the helm.

Let's get ready for some FUNN while making a difference in people's lives at the same time.
