There is another place that you can go to see GREAT basketball in the Southern Tier. I'm talking about the Binghamton Bulldogs as they begin their season at the Bulldogs Sports Complex in Johnson City on Saturday, October 29th.

The Bulldogs begin their American Basketball Association (ABA) season against the Mass Wolves. Last year, they made it all the way to the Sweet Sixteen before falling to the eventual ABA champion, Steel City Yellow Jackets.

Binghamton Bulldogs Begin 4th ABA Season

The 2021 East Region champions will begin the season ranked 11th with returning veterans, Ralph and Brent Williams along with Bradley Christian. By the way, Christian played for the 2022 Summer Deaf Men's Basketball Olympic team last year.

The team has added some new talent that you may have heard of including Mark Mullins and Eric Edwards. This is their 4th year in the ABA and they've never had a losing season. We know they are winners on the court but they are winners off the court too.

Binghamton Bulldogs Offering Veterans Free Tickets

This year, they will provide FREE tickets for our veterans. The Binghamton Bulldogs and Broome County have got together to give tickets to our veterans, just show your veterans ID at the box office to get your FREE ticket.

This is your chance to see NBA-type talent at an ABA price that includes free parking at their new beautiful parking facility. The Binghamton Bulldogs Sports Complex is located at 1025 Robinson Hill Road, Johnson City. Yes, where the Racquet Club used to be.

I'm ready for more ESPN SportsCenter plays like this. What about you?

They play their first four games at home and you can see their entire 2022-23 schedule here. By the way, they are more then just ABA basketball complex at The Pound with pickleball, volleyball, wrestle con, birthday parties and more.

Get ready to growl as The Binghamton Bulldogs tip off against the Mass Wolves on Saturday at 7:05 p.m. at the Dawg Pound. HOWL!!!!!
