The fall season is upon us and according to a press release from Broome County Government Offices, it’s time for the annual Scarecrow Display and Contest at Otsiningo Park in Binghamton.

Presented by the Broome County Department of Parks Recreation and Youth Services, and its in fifth year, the event will take place from October 5. through October 18.
