BC Parks Scarecrows on Display [GALLERY]

The Fifth Annual Broome County Department of Parks, Recreation and Youth Services Scarecrow Display & Contest is underway at Otsiningo Park in Binghamton.

Anyone who says Scarecrows have to be scary should take a trip to the North Side of Binghamton, and check out the creative array of scarecrows at Otsiningo Park.

Each year the Broome County Parks Department invites organizations, businesses, families, and individuals to create their own unique Scarecrow display

Through October 18,^, you’re invited to view the displays and vote for your favorite.
