I'm not so sure I'd want to live to be 110-years-old. I think possibly outliving my husband and children would be horrible. But, if living a super long life sounds appealing to you, the oldest living man in the United States has spilled his secret.

A Nebraska man who recently celebrated his 110th birthday can't remember every detail about his long life, but he definitely knows what it is that's kept him alive for a staggering 110 years and he says that it's beer!

Mark Behrends became the oldest-living man in the United States last week and credits a beer-a-day for his longevity. Mark is a former farmer and construction worker (who worked until he was 80!) and says he drinks a beer every afternoon at 3 pm and that it's been the best medicine for keeping him young.

In case you're going to try Mark's method to making it to 110, his daughter says he'll usually just grab whatever beer is in the fridge, but he prefers the Miller brand beers.
