ACM Entertainer of the Year, Jason Aldean is back co-hosting a Hawk Sunday night and promises to make some fireworks this 4th of July weekend as he co-hosts 'Country Countdown USA' Sunday night at 7 on the Hawk!

A few weeks ago, Thomas Rhett had told us he played blackjack with Jason after the ACM show.  Jason said, "That was fun. One of the best times I have is after the show, when we're playing blackjack.  There's a group of us who play together a lot, and Thomas hadn't played a lot.  They were trying to learn it."

Florida Georgia Line's Brian & Tyler actually wrote Jason's current hit "Lights Come On."  Jason told Lon how it happened.  Jason's song is pretty high in the chart, but not as high as Luke Bryan.  Jason reacted to seeing Luke ahead of him: "Get out of the way! I'm comin' for you!

Jason's song is the first single from his next album.  Jason will give us a preview of music from that new album, his plans for the 4th of July and some great stories about Luke Bryan, Dierks Bentley, Tyler Farr, Keith Urban, and Tim McGraw.

Listen for Jason on Country Countdown USA, Sunday night 7-10pm on the Hawk, listen live at 981TheHawk.com and take the Hawk along with you this 4th of July weekend with the FREE Hawk App Radio Pup, available in the Apple iTunes App Store and Google Play Store or download it HERE.
