What’s Your Best Birthday Memory?

My birthday is a few days away and I'm a little sad that my best friend won't be here with me to celebrate. My birthday is on February 14th and my best friend Jay's birthday is on February 17th. Jay and I always try to come up with crazy things to surprise each other for our birthdays.

One year Jay filled my entire office with balloons- so many balloons I couldn't get the door open and once I did get inside he attacked me with a confetti gun. Another year I was able to talk the National Aquarium in Baltimore to come into work and bring animals with them as a surprise for Jay's birthday.

But my all time most memorable birthday was the one when Jay (who had a spare key to my house) snuck into my room and woke me up at 12am to wish me happy birthday and give me a piece of cake he'd made for me. Here's how it went down:
