BIG NEWS: 39th Endicott Apple Festival Won’t Happen This Year
If you're anything like me, the fall season means one thing: apples galore! From picking and eating to cooking and celebrating, apples are the fall treat that brings back a lot of memories and joy to so many of us.
For residents of the Southern Tier who have made it a tradition to attend the Endicott Apple Festival for nearly 40 years, it's a special time to pass down the apple-loving legacy to the next generation. But hold because there's some news about this year's Endicott Apple Festival festivities that may disappoint you.
The Endicott Apple Festival committee had to make the tough decision to skip this year's event. I know, it's a bummer. The organizers have been hard at work exploring different options for the festival, considering the needs of vendors, people who go to the festival, parking, and all of the other details.
Sadly, the usual spot for the Endicott Apple Festival which is Washington Avenue just isn't going to work out because of the construction being done there. If you know, you know.

The good news is that the Endicott Apple Festival will be back in September of 2025, ready to rock and roll on the spiffy new Washington Avenue. With promises of a bigger and better festival, it will definitely be worth the wait.
In the meantime, keep the apple-spiration (get it?) alive by enjoying your favorite apple treats and counting down the days until the festival makes its grand comeback. Here's to the sweet anticipation of an apple-filled future!
