On Easter, we celebrate Jesus raising from the dead. On Sunday, you could add the Syracuse Orange to that list. Now before you call and complain, I know what happened over 2,000 years ago is a MUCH, MUCH BIGGER event and I'm not trying to downplay the significance of that event.

The Cuse were trailing the Virginia Cavaliers by 14 at the half. At one point, they were down by 16 and down by 15 with less then 10 minutes left in the game. The Orange go on a 21-2 run to take a 64-58 lead with 3:27 left.

They hold on for a 68-62 win and advance to the Final Four where they'll take on the North Carolina Tar Heels. It'll be in Houston on Saturday night and they'll play the 2nd game.

The early game is between Villanova and Oklahoma, tip-off at 6:09 on TBS. The Cuse will begin around 8:50. Here's a bonus for Syracuse fans, the women's team made the Final Four for the first time in their history. They'll play Washington on Sunday in Indianapolis.

Not bad for a team that many, including me, thought wouldn't make the field. Silly me, where's my faith.... Once again I'm not making a religion comparison.

In the words of Traci Taylor, LET'S GO ORANGE!!
