Southern Tier Tax Day Freebees and Special Offers

Today is panic mode for some tax preparers in the Southern Tier.  To help ease the pain of meeting tonight's tax deadline, a number of on-line stores and chain restaurants in the Greater Binghamton area are offering some freebees and special offers to hopefully make you smile a bit.  Hey, it can't hurt!
