Sending Your Prayers To Sandy Hook

After all of the news coverage and the feelings of anger, sadness and dread that came out of the tragic shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School today, I will not repeat the events or summarize the events of today. We've all seen it, felt it and have been praying and stating your well wishes and feelings on the tragedy on Facebook and with friends. I received many texts and messages about how you can help. I have to be honest I don't know yet. I don't know what these families need beside to be able to turn back time.

While reading all of your posts on Facebook I came across one from our listener Sandy Greeno. She has a great idea. She said we could mail sympathy cards, postcards, letters of support , or even teddy bears for the children and solidarity to the school, it would help to show that we in The Southern Tier care and want to help them heal.
