Montrose Man Accused of Terrorist Threats

A Montrose man is accused of threatening to shoot another person.

Pennsylvania State Police say 31-year-old Joshua Mihalich is charged with making terroristic threats following the incident on Tiffany Drive in Bridgwater Township.

Troopers and Montrose Borough Police responded to a call on Mccollum Road at around 7:29 p.m. May 21 for a report of a man pointing a rifle at another person.

They say they found Mihalich in possession of a black Gamo pellet rifle with a scope.

There were no injuries.

Mihalich was released on unsecured bail.
