Auchinachie Cares Donates $1,000 to Alumni Band

On Tuesday, January 27, at 1:30 pm, Auchinachie Cares will present a $1,000 donation to the Montrose Marching Unit Alumni Band at their offices on Frederick Street in Binghamton. That donation is going directly toward helping the band fund a historic trip that many of these alumni have been dreaming about for a long time.

Montrose Alumni Band Chosen for Philadelphia Parade

The Montrose Marching Unit Alumni Band comprises former band members from the Montrose Area School District, uniting graduates from many different years who once marched together and now have the opportunity to share the field again. They have officially been selected to perform in the Philadelphia Parade Celebration on July 3, honoring 250 years of our nation’s independence. This is a major accomplishment that rarely happens.
