IT’S BACK!!! After Two Year Hiatus, ‘Meet The Binghamton Rumble Ponies’ Dinner Returns

We are less than a month away from Spring (4/20) and the temperatures in the Southern Tier are finally reaching 50. That means we are getting closer to baseball season with the Binghamton Rumble Ponies and that means it's almost time for FUNN!

The Meet the Rumble Ponies Dinner will finally make its return on Wednesday, April 6th. It's their first dinner since 2019 and first-year owners David and Karen Sobotka can't wait to show you what's in store for the upcoming season.

Meet The Binghamton Rumble Ponies Dinner

It'll be at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Binghamton and it'll begin with a "Meet the Ponies" autograph session beginning at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. followed by a special program as they'll introduce first-year Rumble Ponies manager, Reid Brignac.

There will also be a "30th Season Celebration" showcase as they look back on the history of Double-A Mets Baseball in Binghamton. They'll talk about some of their exciting promotions (including the return of the Stud Muffins), along with specialty jerseys and celebrity appearances that are in store at Mirabito Stadium this season.

It all began in 1992 and it took a couple of days before it officially started but it was worth it. If you were around in 1992, you'll remember that rain took center stage for two days until professional baseball began again. I got soaked, what about you?
