The week before Christmas brings you another edition of Jay's Monday Jams. This week we have two brand new songs and of course a country classic. Let's make this week a little easier with a few song to listen to at your desk.

First we start with Chase Rice. Chase just release his brand new album "Lambs & Lions" and it is a great compilation of music. There is a small trend in country music using piano as one of the main instruments on a track and "Eyes on You" does just that. Chase uses a somewhat haunting beat in the back and incorporates piano beautifully in his first single off the album, and creates a great love song.

Two weeks in a row I recommend another brand new Luke Bryan song from his new album "What Makes You Country?" and I'm not apologizing. After a whole bunch of listens to this album, I have decided "Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset" is my favorite track. This song is written by Ryan Hurd, who may be the best songwriter in Nashville at the moment. Luke is the king of getting us all to think about summer, and that may be why I love this song so much.

We have to remember all the great music that came from back in the day, and Alan Jackson is one of the greatest of all time. A little honky tonk piano and a great hook "Don't Rock the Jukebox" is the definition of a JAM. I also love the fact Mr. Jackson wear a suit and cowboy hat in the video, it's a bold move!
