In a quest to be nothing less than perfect (which I think is just ridiculous- what happened to the character of a person carrying more weight than their actual weight?), the latest beauty trend that's picking up steam is leg contouring.

I can't even get my eyeliner on straight when I throw on more makeup than just foundation and mascara, but for many women, using makeup to contour their face is the new norm. And yeah, I'm a little envious. I wish I had the know how and time to play around with face contouring just for fun, but I don't.

But face contouring isn't where it ends. With warmer weather approaching and skirts and dresses getting shorter, all that extra skin has offered up a bigger canvas for makeup artists to work on because full leg contouring is apparently the hottest makeup trend of the spring and summer.

As a matter of fact, leg contouring tutorials are already making the rounds on YouTube.

Am I the only one who doesn't understand this? I'm not saying women shouldn't do it, I'm just confused how in the world you're supposed to continue with daily life with this makeup on your legs. Am I the only person who sweats during the summer? Because nothing screams sexy legs quite like sweat streaked leg makeup. And what about makeup rubbing off on clothing? Like, what if I were wearing a white dress and leg makeup? I definitely think by the end of the day it would look like I had splashes of mud on my clothing.
