Final Weekend For ‘Howloween’ at the Binghamton Zoo

It's the final weekend of the kid-friendly "Howloween" at the Binghamton Zoo and they'll be highlighting our local heroes on Saturday.

Here are the local heroes that will be appearing on Saturday:

Binghamton Police- 10 am to 3 pm: Meet local officers and learn about their mobile command unit and marked patrol cars.

Binghamton Fire- 11 am to 1 pm: Talk with local firefighters and see a real fire truck.

Superior Ambulance- 10 am to 3 pm: Meet first responders and learn why EMS is so important to us.

Vestal Army Recruiting Office- 10 am to 3 pm: Learn how you can make a difference as an Army soldier.

The 501st Legion's Garrison Excelsior Star Wars Costuming Group will also be there on Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm. So if you've been wanting to break out your Star Wars stuff (and you know you do), then Saturday is your day.

On Sunday, the Mascots will be making their appearance including Devil Dawg from the Binghamton Devils from 11 am to 1 pm and Rowdy from the Rumble Ponies from 12 to 1:30 pm.

The admission booth is open from 10 am to 3 pm and the zoo closes at 4 pm. The Binghamton Zoo is located at 60 Morgan Road in Binghamton.
