Because of the Coronavirus pandemic, theaters and performing arts centers are having to modify the way that they offer the community entertainment but while things will be done differently this year, it means that more local performers will have an opportunity to showcase their talents.

EPAC has put out a call for anyone who lives in the Southern Tier and is a performer to submit a video of themself performing in order to be included in the EPAC Virtual Christmas Extravaganza 2020 which will show on-demand from December 17 to January 3.

If you're interested in being part of the show, EPAC is looking for people to perform Christmas songs, dances, recite poems, tell short stories, perform theatrical skits and scenes or do anything else holiday-related that they think will be entertaining.

The deadline to submit your performance video is Sunday, December 13. Video files should be emailed to epacoffice102@gmail.com or if you'd rather, you can drop off a hard copy of your performance at the EPAC office. EPAC is located in the Robert Eckert Theater at 102 Washington Avenue in Endicott. Be sure to call 607-785-8903 before you go to make sure the office is open.

If you're unable to record your performance, you may be able to use the EPAC stage. If you would like to record your performance on the EPAC stage, please call 607-758-8903 immediately so that a date and time can be scheduled.
