Developing the early minds of our little ones is something every parent strives to do. Leave it to the Discovery Center of the Southern Tier to come up with a fun and entertaining way to help parents.  It's a new program called The Early Learners Toolbox and it takes place Monday thru Thursdays during the month of February.  The program is designed to give young learners the tools they need to succeed.

The Early Learners Toolbox is something parents and their pre-K little ones can do together to create, explore and discover with each session.  You can attend just one session or go to all or as many sessions as you like. Each week, The Discovery Center will have a story that goes along with the theme and activity of the Early Learners Toolbox.

A good example of this is on Mondays for the youngest minds (birth to 5 years), with Coloring Outside the Lines, where kids will use a variety of artistic mediums that will try to bring out the artist in your little ones as they create, paint and craft together with you.  Imagination, Exercise, Science and Dance are some of the other themes that will be covered in Tuesday thru Thursday 11am sessions.
