Downtown Binghamton’s Unique Bike Rider

You never know what you are about to witness in Downtown Binghamton. Today we got to see a man riding a tall bike on the sidewalk. It was apparently built for him by a friend. His friend is also building him a "four stack", I can only imagine it's four bikes tall. But what do I know?
