Saturday is World Penguin Day/Party for the Planet. They'll have an educational table near the African penguin exhibit. Students from Union-Endicott will be on hand with info about recycling.

Sunday is Earth Fest at the Zoo sponsored by Earth Day Southern Tier. If you go to Earth Fest at SUNY Broome on Sunday, you'll get two dollar off admission to the Zoo. Visit the Zoo first and you'll get free admission at Earth Fest.

While you're at the Zoo this weekend, you can meet Rocky. Rocky is a 10 foot albino Burmese python.

He's on exhibit at the Binghamton Zoo from New York State's Department of Environmental Conservation. A special permit is required to possess Burmese pythons in New York.

That's just some of the things that you'll see beginning this weekend. They are at 60 Morgan Road in Binghamton.
