The NHL may be locked out but the AHL is here., HURRAY!!!  The Binghamton Senators begin play at home on Saturday against those pesky penguins of Wilkes-Barre at 7:05.

The festivities begin at 5:30 with a "Party on the Deck" outside of the Arena.  Live music, food and beverages and an obstacle course for the kids.  I'll be on hand before the game as well, stop on by the Hawk van and register to win 500 dollars in Ashley Home Furnishings from the Catalog Outlet.

Can't make it to the pre-game fun, then make sure you're there by 7pm.  The Senators will be showing a special "40 Years of Hockey" tribute video.  I'll be doing Chuck-a-Puck again this year between the 2nd and 3rd period (Remember no throwing the foam pucks at the announcer.....or any other puck either.)  Stick around after the game for live music on the main concourse.

With the NHL on lockout,  we'll see some of the Ottawa players in Binghamton including goalie Ben Bishop.  Also some Pittsburgh Penguins could be here (thats who my son Devon wants to see as well). Looking forward to seeing you at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena on Saturday.  They also play at home next Friday and Saturday as well.  Let's see if we can bring the Calder Cup back to Binghamton after taking a year off.  Tickets call 607-722-SENS (7367) and go to www.bsens.com for complete schedule and events. If you really need to buy a ticket and it's at 2 in the morning, you can also call at 1 800 745-3000.  LET'S GO SENS
