You may have heard by now that Chuck Schumer and officials from Major League Baseball are going to take a tour of NYSEG Stadium next week. There have been many questions in the last few months on whether or not we'll have professional baseball in Binghamton in the future.

I say that the future's so bright I gotta wear shades (look a Timbuk 3 reference) and the Binghamton Rumble Ponies are here to stay. In fact, they think so too and you can be a part of it.

This Sunday, February 23rd, they are hosting their annual talent search at the Oakdale Mall in Johnson City. It's "The Rumble Factor" and your chance to audition at center court from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

If you're energetic, outgoing and enthusiastic than they are looking for you. They are looking for you. Are you an awesome singer and want to show the world your talent? Here's your chance to sing the National Anthem before a Rumble Ponies game.

There are also auditions for Emcee, Mascot, and PA announcers. They will also be accepting applications for ALL game day positions. Go here to see all the seasonal positions that are available with the Ponies and they hope to see you Sunday at the Oakdale Mall.

Don't forget the home opener is April 9th and the Eastern League All-Star game is coming to NYSEG Stadium on July 15th, get your tickets here. Get ready to Saddle-Up for Funn!
