The Binghamton Mets are on the verge of doing something that they haven't done in 20 years.....and it could happen tonight.

They defeated the Richmond Flying Squirrels, 5-1 in Game 2 on Wednesday night. They can claim the Eastern League crown at home tonight at NYSEG Stadium.

Get there early for special drink specials as part of Happy Hour at the Hive. Enjoy the game and stay late for a special Toyota Fireworks show....and hopefully a Eastern League title. It'll be their 3rd championship and the first since 1994. They also won it back in 1992, I was there for that game too.

The B-Mets have won 4 straight games in a single postseason for the first time in franchise history and if they make it 5 in a row they will claim the crown. First pitch is at 7:05.

If they lose, they'll try again tomorrow at NYSEG Stadium at 7:05. If it does go to a game 5, it'll be on Sunday at 6:05. To get your tickets and any other info, go here. LET'S GO METS.
