Seems like most people are subjected to robocalls and phone scams on a daily basis. The latest one to be on the lookout for is an auto-dial scam.

This scam can happen when you ask Siri or Alexa to auto-dial a company phone number. Scammers create fake customer service numbers and bump them to the top of search results by paying for ads.

You end up talking to scammer instead of that company; with the scammers asking for credit card numbers.

What's really frightening is they sometimes try and get permission to remote-access your own computer.
