If you love yoga, running, wearing costumes and want to support local handicapped kids, the Yoga and Toga 5K and Fun Fest is screaming you name!

The Yoga and Toga 5K and Fun Fest will be held on Saturday, June 28th from 9:15am to 2pm at the Vestal Coal House and will benefit the Handicapped Children's Association, a non-profit organization that provides programs and services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families here in the Greater Binghamton area.

The event will kick off at 9:15am with a free yoga workout instructed by Jen Dean from the Body Lab Pilates & Yoga Studio.  At 10am, the Yoga & Toga 5K kicks off at the Vestal Coal House.  This is a flat course on the Vestal Rail Trail and there will be prizes for best male toga and best female toga as well as various age group awards. A short kids fun run will be held after the 5K. From 11am-2pm, there will be a toga party, including roman themed games, contests and food vendors.
