The Simple Way to Shuck Corn Like a Boss [VIDEO]
This is my favorite time of year because nothing and I mean nothing beats fresh corn on the cob, but removing the husk and all those pesky pieces of silk has been a pain in the tush…until now.
The test kitchen editors at America’s Test Kitchen are my new kitchen heroes. They’ve come up with a way to that uses the microwave to partially steam the cobs so all we have to do is slip them out of the husk and the silks slide right off too. No mess to clean up, just more time to eat corn.
