Uninvited is a feature-length documentary that takes a look into the world of invasive species right here in New York State. From the ups and downs to the challenges and triumphs, this film takes you on a wild ride through the fight against these invaders in the Empire State.

We aren't kidding when we say this documentary is award-worthy, we genuinely mean it! Uninvited not only walked away with the Emmy for "Documentary - Topical," but it also won awards for "Editor - Long Form Content" and "Director - Long Form Content."

This documentary was a collaboration between DEC and West Field Production Co. It hit the screens in the Spring of 2021 on PBS television stations across New York State. This is a must-watch for anyone that is curious about the world of invasive species and the work that it takes for the people that combat  them.

If you're itching (sorry, I had to write that) to see Uninvited and see for yourself the hard work that goes into making this film, you're in luck! You can watch it at this YouTube link.

Congratulations to the New York State DEC on winning two Emmy's and we can't wait to see what other projects they have in store.
