Binghamton D.P.W. Worker – Birdsall’s Odd Jobs [WATCH]

This week, I was a member of the Department of Public Works for the city of Binghamton. I was able to remove gum from the sidewalk, run a sidewalk scrubber, a road scrubber and be a Binghamton garbage man! Hawk listener Bernice St. Clair invited me along to take part in the everyday tasks of keeping Binghamton beautiful.
