I feel like I'm dragging this morning and it's not because I was out all night- it's because I spent the night tossing and turning trying to sleep but my brain wouldn't shut off. How about you?

Apparently sleep woes are completely common when it comes to Sunday nights. Two out of five people say it takes longer to fall asleep on a Sunday than any other night of the week.

Why? Well, stress is the main reason since most of us are worrying about all the work waiting for us Monday morning.

The average person takes a half hour longer to fall asleep on Sunday than any other night.  Saturday is the next-hardest night to fall asleep.  One in five people picked Saturday as the worst night. And if you're wondering what nights you'll get the best sleep, the answer is Tuesdays and Thursdays. Only one in 20 people mentioned having trouble sleeping those nights.
