According to a report filed with the National Unidentified Flying Object Reporting Center (NUFORC), an unidentified object was observed in the evening sky over Endicott on February 14.

The witness, who was on their porch at the time, described the object as a "bright light with a hazy glow around it," moving slowly in an eastern direction. Unlike planes or satellites, the object appeared to be traveling at a noticeably slower pace. Interestingly, the witness noticed a smaller star-like object closely following the primary light source.

The event took a more intriguing turn when the two objects seemingly came to a halt and emitted a super bright light from what the witness assumed was the bottom of the craft.

The nature of this light was described as extraordinary, transforming into an almost perfect cylindrical cone directed towards the ground, although it fell just short of reaching the surface. The witness further reported that the lights eventually dimmed and combined, forming a single object with a triangular shape.

Adding to the mystery, the lights gradually faded away, disappearing entirely after the encounter lasting approximately three to four minutes.

The witness emphasized the unforgettable nature of the experience, highlighting that the brightness of the light exceeded that of any star or planet typically observed in the night sky. The object remained steady and deliberate in its movement, slowly making its way eastward.
