Authorities say 46-year-old Kendall Jackson was arrested following Wednesday's incident in the town of Windsor.

According to New York State Police, troopers were called to a reported altercation in a mobile home park on Brown Road.

Police say Jackson became concerned after observing some people outside a relative's trailer.

Jackson allegedly became upset when the group didn't leave the area. He is said to have pushed one man and then hurled a brick at a car.

Investigators say the brick missed the vehicle, instead striking Jackson's adult son in the back. Police say Jackson threw more bricks, damaging the car and hitting one other man. Both of the men who were struck by bricks sustained lacerations.

In addition to an assault count, Jackson was charged with criminal mischief. He was issued tickets and ordered to appear in Windsor town court on January 31.
