Town of Tioga Traffic Stop Results in Felony Drug Count
Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say a traffic stop in the Town of Tioga is resulting in several charges, including felony drug possession, for a Bradford County, Pennsylvania man.
Authorities say they stopped a vehicle on Route 17-C in the Town of Tioga February 4 at 2:39 a.m. and found 42-year-old Jason Talada of Athens was driving without a license. Deputies say they also discovered Talada was in possession of several controlled substances.
He’s charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, failure to signal a turn within 100 feet, driving over hazard markings and driving without a license.
He’s been ordered to appear in Town of Tioga Court next month.
