Three residents of an Academy Street, Marathon home are facing drug-related charges following a raid December 27.

Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say 39-year-old David Miller Junior is charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance while 22-year-old Mickayla O’Donnell and 25-year-old Michael McCloy are charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. Miller is also charged with misdemeanor criminally using drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal contempt.

Deputies, along with officers from the Village of Homer Police, Cortland City Police and New York State Police served a narcotics search warrant on the home as the result of an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office and County Drug Task Force.

Officials say they found about eight grams of methamphetamine, Buprenorphine strips and marijuana as well as cash and several firearms.

O’Donnell and McCloy were sent to the Cortland County Jail on $1,000 bail while bail for Miller was set at $5,000.
