On Saturday, May 26th, the Binghamton Rumble Ponies became the Binghamton Spiedies for one night. It went over so well that they are bringing it back tonight with a twist against the Double-A Yankees.

It's the Sandwich Showdown for the ages when the Spiedies take on the Trenton Thunder Pork Roll at NYSEG Stadium. So what is a Pork Roll?

It was created in 1856 by John Taylor in Hamilton Square, NJ and called "Taylor Ham." The name was later changed to the Pork Roll sandwich. I always thought a pork roll was something that I got at a Chinese Buffet.

So now you have many reasons to come to the game tonight when the future stars for the Mets and Yankees have at it. You can buy a special $14 ticket for the game and it includes a reserved grandstand ticket and a spiedie sandwich.

Tonight only, we all can try the Pork Roll Sandwich for ourselves as it'll be on the menu and decide which tastes better. Go here to get your tickets and Binghamton Spiedie merchandise.

Clear sky and temperatures in the 60's tonight so Saddle Up For Funn and Let's Get Ready to Rumble with the Ponies!
