Owego Zumbathon For Captain Matthew Porcari

As many of you know, Captain Matthew Porcari of The Owego Fire Department lost his life on January 21st during the call of duty.  Matt will be greatly missed by his family and friends and the entire Owego community.

Owego Zumba is holding a Zumbathon in his honor, with all proceeds split between the Porcari Children's Memorial Fund and the Owego Fire Department.

The event is Sunday March 17th from 2-5pm at the Tioga County Boys and Girls Club, 201 Erie Street, Owego.  A donation of $20.00 at the door would be appreciated. There will be door prizes, raffles and a 50/50.

A great cause and some good exercise covering Zumba and Zumba toning.  If you are a current member, please bring your toning sticks.  If not, 1-3 pound weights will be fine and they will also have some that you can borrow.
