Pa. Couple Accused in Sex Abuse of Teen

A Bradford County couple is accused in the alleged sexual assault of a Williamsport teen.

Pennsylvania State Police say 58-year-old Harold Manley of Monroeton is accused of sexually assaulting a now-19-year-old girl since she was 13.

State Police in Towanda say they are conducting a rape investigation and have alleged Manley had been assaulting the teen between 2016 and 2021.

Manley is charged with Rape, Sexual Assault, Aggravated Indecent Assault, Indecent Assault, Unlawful Contact with a Minor and Corruption of Minors.

He was sent to the Bradford County Jail on $75,000 bail.

Troopers say they also arrested 43-year-old Kathleen Irvin of Monroeton in the case. She is charged with misdemeanor counts of Corruption of Minors and Endangering the Welfare of Children.
