Luke Bryan ‘Crashes’ a Hawk Halloween Weekend

With the 50th annual CMA Awards just a few days away on ABC-TV, we thought it would be fun to invite Entertainer of the Year, Luke Bryan to crash a Hawk Sunday night (October 30) at 7 to co-host 'Country Countdown USA' on 98.1 The Hawk.

Incidentally, Luke is nominate again for Entertainer of the Year and he has a lot to say about that, as well as his 3rd annual 'Crash My Playa' in Mexico, with Blake Shelton.  You know that's going to be trouble, unless Gwen joins him of course.

Luke celebrated his 40th birthday last July at a show in Bangor Maine.  He told his co-host Lon Helton that his wife handled the arrangements: "Caroline and a bunch of my friends flew in.  Caroline is very savvy and crafty with her cake organization.  The cake was a caricature of me as a Chippendales dancer.  There were so many sparklers, we had to scrape off sparkler dust from the icing.  But it was awesome, we had an amazing time."

You may have seen pictures on 981TheHawk.com of Luke with his arm in a sling during his Farm Tour.  He broke his collarbone falling off a bicycle and Luke will talk about all that Sunday night 7-10 p.m on the Hawk.
