Lots of Pot Found in Owego Traffic Stop

A Buffalo man is charged with felony criminal possession of marijuana after authorities pulled him over for speeding on Route 17 in Owego June 30 and found over a half pound of pot.

New York State Police say they detected a strong odor of pot when they stopped 20-year-old Dudley Miceus at around 5:19 p.m.

Troopers say they found about 245 grams of marijuana in the car.

In addition to felony criminal possession of marijuana, Miceus was ticketed for speeding and sent to the Tioga County Jail.
