Chris Lucas was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland while Preston Brust was born in Dermott, Arkansas but grew up in Kokomo, Indiana. Their individual love of country music drove each of them to Nashville to pursue a music career and Nashville is where they found each other. In 2008, Chris and Preston released a self-titled album that caught the ears of industry insiders and led to them signing with Stroudavarious Records and then a decade later, they landed at Wheelhouse Record.

Not only do Chris and Preston perform and tour, but they also write songs together as well as with other country musicians, such as Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line and Chris Jansen.

Our interview began with a mention of wearing Eagles gear in Ravens territory and from there it took an interesting turn. The next thing we knew, we were talking about the Redskins theme song, Keith Urban, "Bus Nuggies," a USO tour and more. We loved every minute of our chat with Preston and are excited to share all of our newfound LOCASH inside info with you.

A limited number of tickets to the Saturday LOCASH show are still available and you'll want to scoop them up before they sell out!
